  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout:
    • ₹99 for orders up to ₹499
    • ₹59 for orders between ₹500 and ₹999
    • Free shipping on orders above ₹1000
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery usually takes 7–10 working days, depending on your location.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
  • Returns are only accepted if the product is received in a damaged condition.
  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the damaged product.
  • If a return is approved:
    • The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
    • Re-shipping charges for exchanges must also be paid by the customer.
